Returns of defective products are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Please test item functionality on its own upon receival/delivery of product within 14 days. This means plugging in the product to test if the product is able to function. Testing by usage of product will null the return & exchange.
- Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging and product must be in its original condition, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- Return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Please note that this return policy only applies to Products purchased via the Website, excluding any Products which are stated to be non-returnable/non-refundable on the Website (e.g. personalized products). We are unable to accept any online returns for products purchased at a Perysmith Offline Store or through any of our online or offline retail partners.
