ASIAN BRAISED BEEF

萝卜炖牛肉

INGREDIENTS A

  • 250g beef
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 gloves garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 mini carrots
  • 2 dry beancurd sticks
  • ½ small onion

材料

  • 250 克 牛肉
  • 2 汤匙 油
  • 2 瓣 蒜头
  • ½ 杯 清水
  • 6 个 小萝卜
  • 2 枝 干腐竹
  • ½ 粒 小葱头

SEASONINGS

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp white pepper

调味料

  • 1 汤匙 生抽
  • 1 汤匙 蚝油
  • ½ 茶匙 麻油
  • ½ 茶匙 白胡椒

PREPARATION

  • Peel onion and garlic cut into small pieces.
  • Cut beef in to small cubes
  • Soak beancurd sticks in warm water for 30 minutes and cut into piece

METHOD

  • Add oil in wok and choose "Braise" and start the machine
  • Add onion and garlic fry until fragrant. Add beef, carrot and beancurd sticks.
  • Add water and seasonings, cook cover with lid.

做法

  • 锅内加入油，选择“焖炖”按启动。
  • 加入葱和蒜炒香。加入牛肉，红萝卜和腐竹。
  • 加入清水和调味料，加盖煮。
