STEWED BEEF WITH BAMBOO SHOOTS

竹笋炖牛肉

INGREDIENTS A

  • 300g Bamboo Shoots
  • 600g Beef

材料A

  • 300 克 竹笋
  • 600 克 牛肉

INGREDIENTS B

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 125ml water
  • 1 tsp black pepper

材料B

  • 1 杯 椰奶
  • 125 毫升 清水
  • 1 茶匙 黑胡椒

INGREDIENTS C

  • 2 star anises
  • 3 cloves
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 springs curry leaves

材料C

  • 2 个 八角
  • 3 个 丁香
  • 1/2 茶匙 茴香种子
  • 1 个 肉桂棒
  • 2 枝 咖喱叶

INGREDIENTS D

  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger

材料D

  • 2 个 葱头
  • 3 瓣 蒜
  • 1 寸 姜

SEASONINGS

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

调味料

  • ½ 茶匙 盐
  • ½ 茶匙 糖

CURRY MIXTURE (MIXED WELL)

  • 4 tbsp meat curry powder
  • 4 tbsp water

咖喱溶液(拌匀)

  • 4 汤匙 肉类咖喱粉
  • 4 汤匙 清水

PREPARATION

  • Cut bamboo shoots into slices, cut beef into small pieces.
  • Cut Onion and garlic into fine sliced; ginger cut in to sliced thinly.

事前准备

  • 竹笋削皮切斜段, 牛肉切小块。
  • 葱头和蒜去衣切小片,姜去衣切薄片

METHOD

  • Add oil in wok, choose "Stew" and start the machine, after 1 minute add Ingredients C fry until fragrant.
  • Continue add Ingredients D fry until fragrant.
  • Add in Curry Mixture after cooked 2 minute add in beef and bamboo shoots, cook with cover lid.
  • After 3 minture add Ingredients B, keep cook until left 1 minute to add Seasonings.

做法

  • 锅内加入适量油,选择“烩”按启动。1分钟后加入材料C炒香。
  • 接着加入材料D炒香
  • 加入咖喱溶液混合物拌匀,煮2分钟后加入牛肉和竹笋。
  • 3分钟后加入材料B,加盖煮到最后1分钟加入调味料。
