GREEN CURRY CHICKEN

青咖喱鸡

INGREDIENTS A

  • 600g chicken
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 1 inch galangal
  • 200ml thick coconut milk
  • 500ml thin coconut milk

材料A

  • 600 克 鸡
  • 3 个 马铃薯
  • 2 支 香茅
  • 1 寸 高良姜
  • 200 毫升 浓椰浆
  • 500 毫升 椰奶

INGREDIENTS B

  • ¾ onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 10 green bird’s eyes chilies

材料B

  • ¾个 葱头
  • 2 瓣 蒜
  • 1 寸 姜
  • 1 茶匙 姜黄粉
  • 1 茶匙 香菜种子
  • 10 个 绿指天椒

SEASONINGS

  • 1 sprig basil leaves
  • 1 dried tamarind
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

调味料

  • 1 枝 罗勒叶
  • 1 个 罗望子
  • ½ 茶匙 盐
  • ½ 茶匙 糖

PREPARATION

  • Cut chicken in to pieces; peel potatoes and cut in to pieces ; bruise lemongrass ; bruise galangal.
  • Peel Onion and garlic, peel ginger and cut in to pieces, peel dried tamarind.
  • Place all "Ingredients B" into a blender and blend until smooth.

事前准备

  • 鸡肉切块;马铃薯削皮切块;敲打香茅;敲打高良姜。
  • 葱头和蒜去衣,姜去衣切片,罗望子去衣.
  • 把材料B放入搅拌机内,搅至细滑.

METHOD

  • Add oil in wok, choose "Stew" and start the machine,after 1 minute add lemongrass and galangal fry until fragrant.
  • Add in blended "Ingredients B" fry until fragrant.
  • Add chicken and potatoes in to wok and close with cover lid.
  • After 10 minute add thick,thin coconut milk and Seasonings cook until the timer end.

做法

  • 在锅内倒入适量油,选择"烩"按启动. 1 分钟后加入香茅和高良姜炒香。
  • 加入材料B混合物炒香
  • 加入鸡肉块和马铃薯块,加盖煮
  • 10分钟后加入浓椰浆,椰奶和调味料,继续煮。
